This Notice has been prepared within the scope of the PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW No. 6698 (“Law”) and the COMMUNIQUÉ ON THE PROCEDURES AND PRINCIPLES TO BE FOLLOWED IN FULFILLING THE LIGHTING OBLIGATION.

By filling out the contact form on our website (www.samet.com.tr), you will find out what your personal data is, the reasons for processing this data, to whom and for what purposes, the method of collection and compliance with the law and how you can use your rights under the Law. We present it to your information with the Lighting Notification.

The personal data processed by our company regarding website visitors are as follows:

By observing the general principles in Article 4 of the Law, our company frequently collects your personal data for legitimate purposes and in connection with the purpose;

  • Carrying out storage and archiving activities,

  • What are the Methods for Collecting Your Personal Data and Our Reasons for Compliance with the Law?

  • To Whom Can We Transfer Your Personal Data?

When necessary, your personal data may be transferred to third parties in the country in connection with the above-mentioned processing purposes and limited and in accordance with Article 8 of the Law.   • How Can You Exercise Your Rights According to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law?

Your requests regarding your rights under Article 11 of the Law;

  • You can send it by e-mail to kvkk@samet.com.tr from the e-mail address previously notified to us by the Relevant Person and registered in our system.

In your request, it is important that the explanation of the right you request to exercise from the rights specified in Article 11 of the Law is clearly stated and that information confirming your identity is included. Our company has the right to request information and documents from the applicant in order to determine whether the applicant is a Relevant Person or not, and to ask questions about the application to the Relevant Person in order to clarify the requests and information contained in the application. Your request will be answered as soon as possible, in any case, within 30 (thirty) days at the latest.
